The front of the solar panel as tempered glass and the back of the panel has PVC plastic joined by C channel for support. I also used silicon to seal the unit. Individual broken solar cells are soldered together to make a solar panel. The panel can be made any size. The voltage needs to be high for it to be dangerous. V/R=I If R is very large I is small (body resistance) So large voltage is needed to increase I I or current is dangerous flowing in body.
